A lot has changed since I last posted here. Sometimes life throws you a curve ball.
Like they say, when life gives you lemons, marinate some shrimp in the juice and make ceviche!
Anyway, I aim to return to at least a biweekly posting schedule... or at least more like "sometimes" instead of "not very much at all".

Beef w/JalapeƱo over noodles
Working from home every once in a while certainly has benefits.
Very simple recipe.
butter, beef, jalapeno
noodles w/olive oil, salt and pepper
combine in a way that should be fairly obvious.
